Do I need to be a member or is the range open to the public?

We welcome both members and day-use shooters. Members receive discounted rates and additional benefits. Day passes are available when staff is present. You should call ahead if you want a day pass.

Are instructors available for training or help sighting in a firearm?

Yes. Private lessons, basic firearm instruction, and zeroing assistance can be scheduled in advance. Ask staff for scheduling and pricing.

What types of firearms are allowed at the range?

Handguns and rifles are allowed unless otherwise posted. Fully automatic firearms and destructive devices are not permitted. All firearms must be in safe working condition.

What are your hours of operation?

Normal range hours are posted at the entrance and on our website. Hours may vary due to weather, maintenance, or special events.

What safety rules do I need to follow?

All shooters must follow the four fundamental firearm safety rules, obey range commands, keep muzzles pointed downrange, and keep firearms unloaded when not on the firing line. A full safety briefing is provided on site.

Is eye and ear protection required?

Yes. Eye and ear protection are mandatory for everyone on the firing line, including observers. Limited loaner or purchase options may be available.

Do you allow steel targets or rapid fire?

Steel targets may be allowed in approved areas using appropriate ammunition. Rapid fire is permitted only when it can be done safely and under control. Tracer, armor-piercing, and incendiary ammunition are prohibited.

Are there age restrictions?

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Youth shooters must be physically able to safely handle the firearm and follow instructions at all times.
